သည်  မြန်မာစစ်အာဏာရှင်များ၏ အငှားပါးစပ်

  ဖြစ်လာရသည်မှာ အမေရိကန်ပြည်သူပြည်သားများ

 အားလုံးအတွက် လွန်စွာအရှက်ရဖွယ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

မှုး) သန်းလွင်ထွန်း ၏ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ 

အချက်အလက်များကို သိရှိထားကြပါသည်

၁) သန်းလွင်ထွန်းဟာ ဗွီအိုအေ (မြန်မာ

ဌာန) နဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ ဌာန မှုး ရာထူးအရှိန်ကိုအဝါ 

ကို တလွဲ အသုံးချပြီး မြန်မာ့ဒီမိုကရေစီ

ခေါင်းဆောင် လူထုခေါင်းဆောင် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစု

ကြည် ၊ မြန်မာ့ဒီမိုကရေစီလှုပ်ရှားမှုကြီး နှင့် 

ဒီမိုကရေစီတက်ကြွသူများ ကို ကြိမ်ဖန်များစွာ နည်း

မျိုးစုံဖြင့် ပုံဖျက်သိက္ခါချနေပါသည်။

ပြည်သားများ၏ ထင်မြင်ယူဆချက်များ 

ကို လှည့်စားပြောင်းလဲကာ လူထုအစိုးရ

 (အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီ အဖွဲ့ချုပ်) ရဲ့ 

ပုံရိပ်ကို ကျဆင်းအောင် လုပ်ဆောင်နေ

ပါသည်။ 

၃) သန်းလွင်ထွန်း ရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်း

တိုင်သည် သတင်းမှားများဖြင့် မြန်မာ့ဒီမို

က​ရေစီလှုပ်ရှားမှု ခေါင်းဆောင် ဒေါ်

အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည် အား ပြည်သူလူထု

ကြီးမှ ယုံကြည်ကိုးစားမှု လျှော့ကျလာ

စေရေးဖြစ်ပြီး ၊ စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ဟောင်း 

မြန်မာစစ်ခေါင်းဆောင်များ နှင့် သက်

ဆိုင်ပါတ်သက်သူများ ရဲ့ အတွေးအခေါ်

များကို မြှင့်တင်ဖော်ပြဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 

၄) သန်းလွင်ထွန်း စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ကြိုး

စားအားထုတ်နေသည်မှာ မြန်မာ့ဒီမို

ကရေစီအစိုးရ ရဲ့ အားနည်းချက်များ

ကို အသားပေးဖော်ပြဖို့ ရာဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာ

ပြည်သူလူထုမှ လူထုခေါင်းဆောင် နှင့် 

လူထုအစိုးရအပေါ် အယုံအကြည်ကင်းမဲ့ 

လာစေရေး မှ သည် မြန်မာပြည် အရေး 

မတည်ငြိမ်သည် အထိ ရည်ရွယ်လုပ်

ဆောင်နေပါသည်။ 

၅) သန်းလွင်ထွန်း သည် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှုးကြီး 

မင်းအောင်လှိုင် နှင့် စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးများ 

စစ်အစိုးရအာဏာပိုင်များ နှင့်သူတို့

ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီမှုပေးနေသော စစ်ဗိုလ်

ချုပ်ဟောင်းအကြီးအကဲများဦးဆောင်

နေသည့် ပြည်ထောင်စုကြံ့ခိုင်ရေးနှင့် 

ဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေး ပါတီ အား ဘက်လိုက်မှုများ 

ရှိနေပါသည်။

မြန်မာပြည်သို့ တာဝန်ဖြင့်ခရီးသွားရစဉ်

မစ်ရှင်းကာလများ အတွင်းတွင် မြန်မာ

အမျိုးသမီးများ အပေါ် ကာမ လိမ်လည်

ဆက်ဆံခြင်း ၊ အတင်းအဓမ္မ ကာမ ရယူ

ခြင်းများ ကို ပြုလုပ်ကြောင်း မြန်မာပြည်

သူများကြား နာမည်ပျက်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။

သုံးစွဲလေ့ရှိပြီး ဗာဂျီးနီးယားပြည်နယ်တွင် ကား

မောင်းစဉ်အရက်သောက်သုံးသဖြင့် အဖမ်းခံရဖူး

သည့်ပြစ်ချက်မှတ်တမ်းရှိပါသည်။

၈) သန်းလွင်ထွန်း သည် ဗွီအိုအေ (မြန်မာဌာန) -ဌာနမှုး 

ရာထူးအရှိန်အဝါ ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး အမေရိကန်အသံ

 ရဲ့ မီဒီယာကျင့်ဝတ်များ ကို ချိုးဖောက်ခါ လူမှုမီဒီယာ

 ဖေ့စ်ဘွခ် ပေါ်တွင် - မြန်မာ့ဒီမိုကရေစီ ခေါင်းဆောင်

 ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည် သိက္ခါကျဆင်းစေသည့်

 ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရေး တိုက်ခိုက်မှုများ စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ရေးသား

တင်ဆက်ခြင်းများရှိပြီး တချိန်တည်းမှာပင် မြန်မာ

စစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်များမှ မြန်မာ့ဒီမိုကရေစီအရေး ကို ဦး

ဆောင်မှု အခန်းကဏ္ဍ ရရှိလာစေရန် လှုံ့ဆော်လေ့ရှိ

ပါသည်။ မီဒီယာသမား သည် ဘက်လိုက်မှုကင်းပြီး

 သမာသမတ်ကျကာ ကြားနေရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၉) ၂၀၂၀ တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့်  မြန်မာ့ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ

ကာလတွင် သန်းလွင်ထွန်းသည် မြန်မာစစ်ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ဟောင်း ခင်ရီ အား အင်တာဗျူးအမေးအဖြေ ပြု

လုပ်ရန် အမိန့်ပေးခဲ့သည်။ မြန်မာပြည်သူပြည်သား

များ သည် ကောင်းစွာလေ့လာသိရှိကြပါသည်။ 

ကန့်ကွက်ခြင်းမရှိကြပါ။ 

သို့သော် ဗွီအိုအေ မြန်မာပိုင်း မှ အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေ

စီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် အား ဝန်းရံထောက်ခံသူ မျိုးရန်နောင်သိန်း

 (ဗေဒါ အင်စတီကျူ့ ဒါရိုက်တာ) နှင့် ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ 

သုံးသပ်ချက် အင်တာဗျူး အား ဖိအားပေး ဖြုတ်ချ

ခိုင်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

၁၀) သန်းလွင်ထွန်း သည် အမေရိကန်အသံ ((မြန်မာ 

ဌာန) ရာထူးတာဝန်တွင် မူဝါဒရေးရာ ညွှန်ကြားမှု 

အဖြစ် ဦးစီးဦးဆောင်ရသော နေရာ ဆက်လက်

ထမ်းဆောင်နေပါက မြန်မာစစ်အာဏာရှင်စနစ် 

 တန်ခိုးထွားလာစေရေး ကို အားပေးအားမြှောက်ပြု

သော  မီဒီယာ တခု ဖြစ်လာစေမည့်အပြင် မီဒီယာ 

လွတ်လပ်မှု လူ့အခွင့်အရေး နှင့် ဒီမိုကရေစီ 

ဆိတ်သုဉ်းရမည့်အခြေဖြစ်ပေသည်။ 

၁၁) အမေရိကန်အသံလွှင့်ဌာန သည် သတင်းလော

က တွင် ဩဇာကြီးမားပြီး အခရာကျသည့် သတင်း

ဌာနကြီး ဖြစ်ပြီး ၊ သန်းလွင်ထွန်း ၏ ကိုယ်ကျင့်တ

ရား ပျက်ယွင်းမှု ၊ အလုပ်ခွင်အနိုင်ကျင့်မှု၊ အမိန့်ပေး

စေခိုင်း အာဏာရှင် ဆန်မှု၊ ဘက်လိုက်မှု၊ စသည့်အကျင့်ပျက်မှုများသည် အမေရိကန်အသံ (မြန်မာ

ပိုင်း) ဌာန၏ သတင်းဌာနပုံရိပ် ကို ပျက်ယွင်းစေရုံ

မက အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု ၏ ဒီမိုကရေစီ 

စံနှုန်းစံထားများကို အလေးပေးတန်ဖိုးထားမှု နှင့် 

သတင်းလွတ်လပ်မှု မြှင့်တင်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကြီးမားစွာ

ထိခိုက်စေပါသည်။ 

ဖော်ပြပါ အချက်အလက် များက သန်းလွင်ထွန်း၏ 

  လူ့ကျင့်ဝတ်ကို သွေဖီသော ၊ ပညာရှင်မဆန်သော ၊ 

အချက်အလက်များအဖြစ် အခိုင်အမာတွေ့ရှိရကာ 

ဗွီအိုအေ (မြန်မာ) သတင်းဌာန တာဝန်ခံ ဌာနမှုး

 အဖြစ်မှ လည်းကောင်း သာမန်ဝန်ထမ်းအဖြစ်မှ 

လည်း ကောင်း အပြီးတိုင်ဖယ်ရှားပေးပါရန် 

တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါသည်။ 

ထို့ကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ပြည်သူပြည်သား များမှ

 ဗွီအိုအေ  သတင်းဌာန အကြီးအကဲများအား တောင်း

ဆိုသည်မှာ  ဗွီအိုအေ (မြန်မာဌာန) ဌာနမှုး သန်းလွင်

ထွန်းအား စည်းကမ်းအရ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်ပေး

ပါရန် နှင့် သန်းလွင်ထွန်း၏ ကိုယ်ကျင့်သိက္ခါပျက်ယွင်းမှုအရ သူတာဝန်ယူနေရသည့် တာဝန်နှင့် 

မထိုက်တန်ပါကြောင်း တင်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။ 

အကျင့်ပျက်ဝန်ထမ်း သန်းလွင်ထွန်း 

အား ဖယ်ရှားခြင်းသည်  အမေရိကန်

အသံလွှင့်ဌာနကြီး မှ ဂုဏ်သိက္ခါ 

ပြန်လည် အဖတ်ဆည်နိုင်မည့်အပြင် 

အမေရိကန်ပြည်သူ ပြည်သားများ၏ 

ဂုဏ်သိက္ခါ ၊ ဒီမိုကရေစီ နှင့် လူ့အခွင့်

အရေး ကို အလေးထား  မြတ်နိုးတန်ဖိုးထားခြင်း

 နှင့် လွတ်လပ်သောမီဒီယာ တခု အဖြစ် ပြန်လည်ရပ်တည်လာနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မည်။

Than Lwin Htun must be sacked from VOA Burmese Service for his unprofessionalism, sexual exploitation and unethical behaviors  

Dear Friends,

American taxpayers wouldn’t want to pay for Burmese military’s very own propaganda news agency – would they??? The U.S Government funded Voice of America’s Burmese Service is becoming the mouth-piece of military generals due to its disgraced section chief - Than Lwin Htun!!!

People of Burma believed that –

On Than Lwin Htun’s Professionalism 

1 ) Than Lwin Htun has been misleading VOA Burmese service. He has been using his position, a VOA/Burmese section chief, as a tool to perform personal attack on our country leader Nobel Laureate Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, democracy movement and democracy supporters.  

2) Than Lwin Htun is using VOA Burmese service to manipulate public opinion by portraying destructively on democracy movement, portraying bad image about NLD led democratic government and broadcasting biased news. 

3) Than Lwin Htun’s true intention is to feed Burmese public with the wrong information so that they would turn against Pro-democracy leader Daw Aung San Suu Kyi led Government while promoting Burmese Military leaders and glorifying their views. 

4) Than Lwin Htun is doing everything in his power to blame Burmese Democracy Government with the intention to instigate fear and doubt amongst public so as to create instability in Burma. 

5) Than Lwin Htun is acting unilaterally to air biased perspective of Burma’s military leaders including Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and USDP Party led by former military dictators. But, this is not to say we are not objecting airing their views but we are objecting biased and unfair treatment towards democracy activists and democratic government led by Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.  

6)Than Lwin Htun has been accused of several sexual exploitations against Burmese women while he was stationed in Burma representing the Voice of America’s mission. (We have the list of victims who are willing to come forward in order to seek justice.) 

7)Besides, there are also many allegations that Than Lwin Htun had used illicit drugs while he was in Burma and working under the influence of drugs. 

Than Lwin Htun drinks alcohol everyday and he had arrest history in Virginia State for drunk driving and charged for DUI.

8)It is also questionable that whether Than Lwin Htun is breaching media code of ethics since Than Lwin Htun in his capacity as the VOA/Burmese chief is personally continuously attacking Daw Aung San Suu Kyi on her policies, expressing his views against current democratically elected government and adoring former military general views via his personal Facebook posts almost every day since people of Burma believed that journalists/media person must be neutral and independent. 

9) Even recently during Myanmar Election times, Than Lwin Htun instructed to interview ex-General Khin Yi many times. People of Burma are well aware of it but don’t objected it. But, we have come to learn that Than Lwin Htun ordered to remove election analysis interview conducted with Myo Yan Naung Thein, Director of BAYDA Institute and a supporter of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. 

10) So long as Than Lwin Htun is working at the VOA/Burmese service especially holding a decision making position as the Burmese Section Chief, he will continue fostering the biased policy of approving military dictatorship and glorifying (ex) military dictators which is tantamount to turning VOA/Burmese News Agency into an enemy of the media freedom, human rights and democracy.    

11) Voice of America which is the flagship of American government efforts to provide democratic values globally but due to Than Lwin Htun’s bad reputation, workplace bullying and biased action taken - people of Burma strongly felt that Than Lwin Htun is a bad image for VOA/Burmese News Agency and tarnishing the United State of America’s reputation of supporting democratic values and promoting media freedom. 

By viewing above facts; in view of his unethical conduct of business; and in light of his unprofessionalism; people of Burma are demanding that Than Lwin Htun must be dismissed from his position of VOA/Burmese Chief as well as from VOA/Burmese for good. 

Therefore, people of Burma call for VOA Management to take disciplinary action on Than Lwin Htun who is not fit for the post both professionally and personally. 

In so doing, Voice of America (VOA) as a whole will be able to restore its dignity; promoting democratic values; and promoting free and independent media.
